Exceptions and Bugs

If you have a report fatal error with IronPDF that stops you using our code we want to know! 

The clearer the bug report, the faster it will be resolved.  
Please report it by following instructions on Exceptions & Bug Reporting Page to isolate the issue and dump the log files we need to help you.

If your issue is in the following list of hot issues - a solution may already be available:  

• Exception: "IronPDF Unable to Render PDF".

If your solution works locally but fails when deployed to another machine, we would love to improve our support of that platform and appreciate you making a bug report with log files from the machines where the issue occurs.

If your issue is in the following list of hot issues - a solution may already be available:  

• System.Exception: Error while deploying Chrome dependencies. Please install Visual C++ Runtimes
• System.Exception: Can not Initialize IronPDF, Pdfium or IronInterop is also caused because Visual C++ Runtime is not installed by default on Windows.
