Can I extend the Support & Updates?

All initial licenses are available with either a Subscription or 5-year support option for Support & Updates coverage.

• Expired support or cancelled subscriptions can be extended with a 1-year Subscription or a 1 year or 5-year support package.

Valid Support & Updates coverage enables you to: 

• Download & implement the latest product version release
• Access important security feature upgrades
• Receive technical support directly from the engineers who built the product
