Note: When adjusting a subscription, please be sure to use the email address used to create the order and apply changes at least 3 days before the renewal date so as to avoid an incorrect charge.
For accounts with multiple subscriptions, each product subscription will need to be adjusted individually.
If you made a purchase through our alternative payment processor MyCommerce, you can adjust your subscription by using your password protected customer account in MyAccount (https://account.mycommerce.com) or by contacting the MyCommerce Customer Service Team to adjust the subscription on your behalf: firstname.lastname@example.org
